  • Can I return a product if it doesn't meet my expectations?
    Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Ensure you provide a recorded unboxing video and a video demonstrating the defect when contacting us at support@loadout.co.in
  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can update your delivery address by canceling the original order and placing a new one with the correct address. Alternatively, contact our customer care team at support@loadout.co.in for assistance.
  • My account has been charged for the order, but it has not yet been confirmed. Why?
    Don’t worry! Get in touch with us, and we will either process your order or refund the amount to your account within 5-7 days.
  • How do I file a warranty claim if there is a manufacturing defect?
    If you are experiencing problems with your product, we request that you send us an RMA request via email and get in touch with us, and we will assist you further.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To do so, log in to your account, navigate to 'Manage your Order,' and select the 'Cancel' option for the desired order. If the 'Cancel' button is unavailable, it means your order has been dispatched. In such cases, please contact our support team at support@loadout.co.in.
  • I received the wrong product; what should I do?
    Please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing images and an unboxing video of the incorrect item. Reach out to us at support@loadout.co.in, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
  • What payment methods are available?
    You can choose to pay using the following options: UPI/QR Credit or debit card payment Net Banking Wallets: PayTM, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, etc. Cash on delivery
  • When will my refund be issued if I cancel my order?
    Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed by the bank and credited back to your account.
  • Do I need to pay any additional taxes or fees?
    All prices on the website are inclusive of all taxes, and no additional amount will be charged to you. Some products may have additional shipping fees.
  • I have placed an order. When will my order be shipped?
    Orders are typically shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. However, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.
  • How long does it take to process and ship orders?
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • What should I do if my product is not delivered within the time frame specified?
    Once your product has been shipped, our logistics partner will handle the delivery. In case you are facing unexpected delays in delivery, you can always contact our support team for assistance.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once the order has been shipped out of our warehouse, an email and an SMS will be sent with the tracking number. Alternatively, you can simply log into your account to view the details of your recent and current orders under My Account. Please note that we do not display tracking information for orders that have already been delivered.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Do you offer free shipping?

  • Can I request a product that is not listed on your website?

  • Do you offer sample packs for switches?
    Currently, we do not offer individual samples. However, sample packs may be available. Please check our product listings for availability.
  • What issues are covered under warranty?
    The warranty covers issues arising from manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, general wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Does Loadout offer a warranty on the products?
    The majority of the products sold on Loadout come with a domestic limited warranty. To learn more about individual product warranties, please visit the specific product page.
  • How long will it take the RMA team to service the product?
    Once the RMA team receives the product, it takes up to 3-4 weeks to resolve your issue.
  • What is the warranty period for your products?
    All products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. For keyboards and mice, the internal battery and USB cable have a 6-month warranty.
  • How do I initiate a warranty claim or return?
