REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day return window for products with defects or damage upon delivery.

 

Return Conditions:

  1. Proof Required: Customers must submit a recorded unboxing video along with a video showing the defect.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

    • Mechanical switches, grip tapes, and mouse skates are non-returnable.

  3. Exclusions: Products showing signs of wear, modification, or improper handling will not be eligible.

 

Return Process:

  1. Email support@loadout.co.in within 7 days of receiving your product.

  2. Provide a detailed description and proof of the issue.

  3. Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect or damage is verified.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for:

  • Defective items: Reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Unavailability of replacement stock: If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.

 

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, customers will be asked to provide bank details for direct transfer or may choose store credit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Allowed before the product is packed or dispatched.

  • No Cancellation:

    • Once the product is packed or shipped.

    • Items that have already been delivered.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Mechanical switches

  • Grip tapes

  • Mouse skates and feet

  • Mousepads

 

International Shipping

At this time, Loadout does not offer international shipping.
