SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Timeline: All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days from the time of order placement, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. Orders containing pre-ordered or backordered items will be shipped once all items are available and processed.

  • Delivery Timeline: Products are generally delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary for remote or non-urban locations and during periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders with a value exceeding ₹1500. For orders below ₹1500, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping Methods: Most orders are shipped via our preferred delivery partners. If the destination is not serviceable by them, we will attempt to deliver using India Post.

  • Address Modifications: Once the order has been picked up by the courier, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes

  • Lockdowns or transport disruptions

  • Natural disasters or other acts of God

General Policies

  • No Weekend or Holiday Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national and public holidays.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Restricted Items: Orders containing items such as liquids, hazardous goods, or those with a volumetric weight greater than 5kg will be shipped via surface transport.
