TERMS OF SERVICE.

§1 · Acceptance

By using loadout.co.in you accept these terms in full. The contracting entity is Onyx Enterprises (a partnership firm, MSME registered under Udyam, operating under the brand name 'Loadout').

§2 · Eligibility

18+, India-resident, or a corporate buyer registered in India with valid GST.

§3 · Account & orders

Account not required for guest checkout. Account recommended for warranty / RMA traceability. The order is binding once payment is captured by Razorpay. The cancellation window is 24 hours from order placement, AFTER which the shipping-returns rules at /shipping-returns apply.

§4 · Pricing & taxes

Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless product page explicitly states otherwise. Invoice taxes apply at checkout based on the buyer's PIN code. We do not display GST, PAN, or corporate-ID information on loadout.co.in by design.

§5 · Payment & refunds

Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd mediates payment. Refunds follow Razorpay standard timelines: UPI 5 business days · Cards 7 business days · NetBanking 7 business days · Wallets 5 business days. No bank account is published; refund routing is handled server-side via the payment processor.

§6 · Shipping

Carrier routing via Shiprocket. In-stock ETA 1-2 days metro / 3-5 days non-metro. Pre-order ETA 16-24 days. PIN codes not serviceable → full refund within 24 hours.

§7 · Warranty & returns

Refer to /warranty for the full window, conditions, non-returnable list, and RMA mechanics.

§8 · Limitation of liability

Loadout is a retailer. Peripherals carry the brand's OEM warranty; brand terms govern firmware, expected lifetime, and compatibility. Loadout's liability is capped at the order value.

§9 · User conduct

• No scraping / automated bulk access.
• No impersonation of Loadout / Onyx Enterprises.
• No resale of Loadout units outside India without written approval from Onyx Enterprises.
• No abusive / threatening contact with staff.

§10 · Intellectual property

'Loadout' name, wordmark and bullet-mark are intellectual property of Onyx Enterprises. Brand names and logos of SKUs are property of their respective owners. Editorial reviews and operator-loadout photos are ©-protected in line with India's Copyright Act 1957.

§11 · Dispute resolution

Informal resolution first: support@loadout.co.in. Formal: arbitration at Noida, Uttar Pradesh per Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996, before invoking any court.

§12 · Governing law

Laws of India. Jurisdiction: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

§13 · Severability

If any clause becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force.

§15 · Do-not-display carve-out

Onyx Enterprises does not display GST, PAN, corporate ID, or bank-account information on loadout.co.in. Where such fields are required for invoicing or refund routing, these are handled server-side via Razorpay and the operator's accounting system.
